The documentary is based on the best-selling book “Being Mortal” by Dr. Atul Gawande. This event is helpful to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, case managers, physicians assistants, and other health workers. Discussion will be held by Brookhaven’s medical team and your questions will be answered. The first 20 registrants will receive a free copy of Being Mortal.
